This staff meeting activity has been focused on the teacher training in eTwinning and Erasmus Mobility Tool platforms, on the coordination of the next mobilities as well as on the planning of the activities to be carried out with the pupils that form part of the Erasmus + KA229 Project. The following points were covered:
1. eTwinning Platform. One of the teachers involved in the project had previously taken an eTwinning training course with the aim of training the other teachers during the staff meeting. The project has been created in eTwinning and it will be formally registered as soon as the national agencies of the two participating countries (Germany and Spain) validate it. Once the project is validated, teachers will start using TwinSpace in order to:
• Create pupils’ profiles.
• Upload the materials and digital final tasks products created by the pupils.
• Organise events for videoconferences and forums.
• Use the TwinSpace to save pictures and videos of the project.
2. Erasmus Mobility Tool: the coordinator of the project together with the other participating teachers started to describe the contents and purposes of Activity C2 “short- term staff meeting” ?¿
3. Students Mobilities:
- Spanish students (Colegio San Francisco de Asís - Lorca) at Sophie- Brahe- Gemeinschaftsschule – Berlin: 15th - 19th March 2020.
- German students at Colegio San Francisco de Asís de Lorca: May 2020.
Teachers shared some suggestions and they discussed about the important aspects of the mobilities:
• Cultural activities.
• Accommodation.
• Excursions.
• Lessons attendance.
4. Exchange of materials and students’ final tasks products. How should we exchange these products? Depending on the products they will be sent either by post or uploading them on TwinSpace.
5. Project´s logo: the art teacher at Sophie- Brahe- will create a logo with the pupils in the art lessons.
6. Erasmus days 10th- 12th October 2019: teachers involved at Erasmus+ Projects together with the coordinator at San Francisco de Asís School will celebrate these Erasmus days collaborating with the press. For this event, the teacher involved in this project will share her experience during this staff meeting at Sophie- Brahe- Schule showing some pictures.
7. Communication tools to promote the project: news on the school website, blogs and/ or Facebook profiles have been suggested as the tools to promote the project.
